Plant Sale
Crow Wing Master Gardener Volunteers host a plant sale annually on the third weekend
in August (weekend before Labor Day weekend) at the Northland Arboretum. The plant
sale is not only the program’s largest fundraiser; it is an opportunity for the public to buy
unique and ecologically beneficially plants at very competitive prices. August is a great
time to fill in any gaps you may have in your garden, and gives perennials time to get
established before winter so they come up strong and hardy in the spring.
